- Borrower age should be minimum of 18 years & maximum of 65 years at the time of loan maturity.
- Loan can only be granted to the Nepali citizen.
- Personal guarantor is mandatory and a family member of the borrower shall be obtained as a personal guarantor. However, the third-party guarantor is also acceptable.
- Borrower should have regular income & can only be considered with income proof documents.
- Financed Product itself remains as security of the loan.
- Repayment on Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) basis.
